The Program on Financial Markets and Professor Paolo Saguato, in collaboration with The GW Competition & Innovation Lab’s Aurelien Portuese and Oscar Borgogno, hosted a public lecture by Alessandra Perrazzelli (Deputy Governor, Bank of Italy). Ms. Perrazzelli delivered an insightful lecture on “Trust-Oriented AI Governance: A Roadmap for Market Agencies.”

The Program on Financial Markets held a financial services workshop with guest lecturer Christopher Russo (former Republican Chief Economist, US Congress Joint Economic Committee; current Doctoral Candidate, George Mason University). Mr. Russo lectured on topics including macroeconomics, inflation, monetary policy, and the debt ceiling.
