The Legacy Circle
The Judicial Education Legacy Circle recognizes judges who have chosen to include the Law & Economics Center in their estate plans.
Members of the Legacy Circle form a small and distinguished group committed to ensuring that high-quality judicial education in law and economics remains available to the generations of judges who will follow.
Participation may be acknowledged publicly or remain entirely confidential, according to your preference. No minimum amount is required. What matters is the intention to sustain the mission.
Include the LEC in Your Plans
Many judges choose to support the Center through:
-
-
- A bequest in a will or trust;
- A beneficiary designation from a retirement account;
- A life insurance designation;
- A donor-advised fund succession plan; or
- Where permitted by applicable law and ethics rules, a gift of residual campaign funds.
-
We are pleased to provide sample language and to work confidentially with you and your advisors.
