Case Analysis Seminar
Judges are assumed to be equal participants and are expected to contribute to the discussion. For each case: (a) An economic concept is introduced by a moderator, (b) a judge provides a brief overview of the case, and (c) the judges spend an hour or so discussing how the specific economic concept is not a requirement. A dozen cases from wide variety of legal fields are covered in the seminar. Attendance is limited to 20 judges.
