The Tenth Annual Symposium on the Law & Economics of Privacy & Data Security will be held at the Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University in Arlington, VA on June 3, 2022. The symposium will feature leading voices discussing timely subjects such as privacy policy in the Biden Administration, dark patterns, and the role of economic analysis in the consumer protection-competition interface. Speakers will include FTC Commissioner Noah Phillips and George Washington University Law Professor (and former FTC Chairman), William Kovacic.
