The Tenth Annual Symposium on the Law & Economics of Privacy & Data Security was held at the Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University in Arlington, VA on June 3, 2022. The symposium featured leading voices discussing timely subjects such as privacy policy in the Biden Administration, dark patterns, and the role of economic analysis in the consumer protection-competition interface. Speakers included FTC Commissioner Noah Phillips and George Washington University Law Professor (and former FTC Chairman), William Kovacic.
The Symposium was a live, in-person event. Registration was limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
