From products liability and Medicaid fraud to intellectual property and antitrust claims, lawsuits and enforcement actions involving drug and medical device manufacturers are among the most frequently litigated cases in America’s courts. This two-day symposium featured a combination of classroom-style lectures and panel discussions designed to help participants better understand the complex economic and regulatory issues that underlie the cases that appear in their courtrooms.
