This study group featured an all-star lineup of instructors who collectively have scores of years of experience researching and front-line regulatory experience in antitrust at the FTC, DOJ, and other agencies. Featured topics focused on recent regulatory and legal developments in competition law and policy as well as teaching lessons in fundamental economic analysis as they apply to the area.
