Introduction to Law & Economics for Tribal Judges
Introduction to Law & Economics for Tribal Judges teaches tribal judges to engage in the economic analysis of legal and public policy issues. Judges are given a solid grounding in economics and then shown how economic issues are often at the heart of legal disputes. Classroom lectures and discussions provide a logical framework for the practical analysis of cases and regulations. Instructors include Scalia Law professors who specialize in teaching economics concepts to audiences that have no prior exposure to economics, as well as professors from Stanford, Arizona State, and other prestigious universities.
