A flexible, “mixed‑modality” format with 11 modules (6 asynchronous + 5 synchronous with a scheduled Zoom session), complete around 1 module every 2 weeks, with each Zoom session offered twice to accommodate your schedule.

Law & Economics Center programs are provided as a public service. The Economics Institute is tuition-free.
Because the LEC offers its programs at no cost to participants, multiple lawyers in your office can participate simultaneously without burdening your state’s budget.

Concludes with In‑Person Topical Capstone at Scalia Law
The Economics Institute concludes with a 2½-day in-person topical capstone at George Mason University Antonin Scalia Law School in Arlington, Virginia. There are no tuition costs; we cover your lodging and group meals, and reimburse your travel.
