Case Analysis Seminar

In the Case Analysis Seminar, an economic concept was introduced by one of the moderators, a case was briefed by one of the program participants, and an in-depth discussion of the economic concepts and their application to the case by the group followed. The sessions were moderated by law and economics scholars with the expectation that all attendees were fully prepared to participate in and contribute to the discussion. Prior study of economic concepts was not required. A dozen cases from a wide variety of legal fields were covered in the seminar.
