Case Analysis Seminar

The Law & Economics Center at George Mason University is pleased to invite you to apply for our Case Analysis Seminar, where a selection of cases from a wide variety of legal fields will be covered. For each case: (a) An economic concept is introduced by a moderator, (b) a judge provides a brief overview of the case, and (c) the judges spend an hour or so discussing how the specific economic concept is not a requirement. The seminar will be held on our campus, just minutes away from Washington DC where the cherry blossoms should be in full bloom! The seminar is tuition free, and hotel, materials, and group meals are covered by the Law & Economics Center. Qualifying transportation expenses will also be reimbursed to participants.
