At the Case Analysis for Judges, economic concepts are introduced by discussion leaders, cases are briefed by program participants, and there is an in-depth discussion of the economic concepts and their application to the case by the group. The sessions are led by law and economics scholars with the expectation that all attendees are fully prepared to participate in and contribute to the discussion. Prior study of economic concepts is not required. A dozen cases from a wide variety of legal fields are covered in the seminar.
