Program Description: With a curriculum designed by a committee of distinguished practitioners and scholars jointly selected by the ABA Section of Antitrust Law, Federal Judicial Center and the Mason JEP, the Antitrust Law & Economics Institute was structured to provide maximum practical value to judges with no prior training in either antitrust law or antitrust economics.
