Program Description:   This policy institute will focus on the role of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) in relation to state attorneys general.  Keynote speakers include Julie Brill, Commissionser, Federal Trade Commission and Steve Antonakes, CFPB Deputy DIrector.  Panels will go in-depth on Mortgage Lending Initiatives, Fair Lending, Arbitration, Reverse Mortgages, and Prepaid Cards.  We will also be discussing the relationship between the FTC and the CFPB, CFPB data sharing protocols and disparate impact analysis.
