In it’s 11th year, this Antitrust Invitational is hosted by the Antonin Scalia Law School Moot Court Board, in conjunction with the Law & Economics Center (LEC) and Judge Douglas H. Ginsburg of the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit.The LEC’s Moot Court Invitational is the only moot court competition in the United States devoted exclusively to antitrust law and offers a unique opportunity for invited law schools. The 2025 competition will take place in the Washington, DC, metropolitan area.
