With the Supreme Court starting to hear cases for the upcoming year on October 5, a balanced panel of experts will some of the most interesting and potentially consequential cases for the coming year. The panelists focused on the civil justice-related cases on the docket, the cases where economic analysis is most at play, and those cases likely to have the most substantial economic impact or require adjustment to business activity.
The event will take place in-person and will also be live-streamed. The event is open to the general public; everyone is encouraged to attend. The event will be catered. Doors will open at 12:00 pm and the event will begin promptly at 12:15 pm. The event will take place in Room 121 of Hazel Hall at George Mason University Antonin Scalia Law School.
