This study group brought together an all-star faculty with decades of research and hands-on antitrust experience at the FTC, DOJ, and other agencies. The program explored recent legal and regulatory developments in competition law and policy and drew out the fundamental economic analysis techniques that underpin application and enforcement. This program was open to state attorneys general, state solicitors general, and their staff lawyers.
