The Governance, Liberty, and Prosperity for American Indians program was a co-sponsored program between the Law & Economics Center and The Hoover Institution’s Renewing Indigenous Economies Project. The program gathered scholars and commissioned nine original research papers from experts around the country to encourage and support research that furthers the understanding of indigenous economies and the legal and administrative systems necessary to support them.
