On Thursday, March 26 Mitch Polinsky, the Josephine Scott Crocker Professor of Law and Economics at Stanford Law School, will be delivering a keynote address on “Observations About Deterrence and the Death Penalty” as part of the Law and Economics Center’s Supreme Court Economic Review Research Roundtable: Economics of Criminal Procedure, Punishment, and Their Consequences.

 

Remarks will be held from 4:30 to 5:30 pm in Hazel 225 at the Antonin Scalia Law School at 3301 Fairfax Drive in Arlington, Virginia.

 

A wine and cheese reception will be held following the remarks in the Art Gallery of Hazel Hall from 5:30 to 6:00 pm.
