Case Analysis Seminar I
In the Case Analysis Seminar, an economic concept is introduced by one of the moderators, a case is briefed by one of the program participants, and an in-depth discussion of the economic concepts and their application to the case by the group follows. The sessions are moderated by law and economics scholars with the expectation that all attendees are fully prepared to participate in and contribute to the discussion. Prior study of economic concepts is not required. A dozen cases from a wide variety of legal fields are covered in the seminar.
