Case Analysis Seminar
In the Case Analysis Seminar, an economic concept is introduced by one of the moderators, the case is briefed by one of the program participants, then followed by an in-depth discussion of the economic concepts and their application to the case by the group. These sessions are moderated by law and economics scholars with the expectation that all attendees will be fully prepared to participate in and contribute to the discussion. Prior study of economic concepts is not required, although helpful. A dozen cases from a wide variety of legal fields are covered in the seminar.
