Program Description: The AGEP Public Policy Conference on Privacy, Regulation and Antitrust will feature distinguished scholars on four topics: Overview of Privacy Regulation in the United States; Privacy Regulation: Costs and Benefits; Competition Policy and Privacy; and European Union Perspectives on Privacy. The conference will conclude with roundtable discussions on how applications of the presentations may be applied to the activities of state attorneys general.
