Progrm Description: In October 2011, the Mason AGEP goes on the road to host a broad-ranging educational forum on the growing problem of counterfeiting and piracy from both the economic and consumer protection perspectives. The program will take place in Groton, Connecticut at the Mystic Marriott Hotel & Spa. On Wednesday, October 12 we invite you to join us for an optional reception and dinner. Thursday, October 13 will feature presentations on the problem of counterfeiting and piracy in a variety of industries, the economic impact, and potential approaches to address the problem. The morning of Friday, October 14 will feature a presentation and tour at Pfizer’s state-of-the-art anti-counterfeiting lab. Space is limited and preference will be given to AGs and Chief Deputies.
